In memory of Sage
This post is in memory of our beloved dog, Sage.Sage, whose name was part of the inspiration for the name of our business, Sage Hollow, passed away last Thursday, July 30th.
For twelve years we called him so much more than just a pet. He was a best friend, an eager companion, and the best dog anyone could ask for.
These words have never been truer to me than they are now: "They who find a faithful friend, find a treasure."

Faerie Fest
We had a fabulous time at Faerie Fest this year. Temperatures hovered in the upper 80s, but we saw no shortage of faeries or elves making their way around Thistledown Greenhouse. Young and old alike enjoyed the many vendors, visiting the Faerie Queen, making Troll mud pies, building faerie houses, having faerie tea parties and seeing Thistledown's wide variety of annuals & perennials.

Fancy a Faerie Fest?

Hello all!
One of our favorite events of the year is coming up, Faerie Fest at Thistledown Greenhouse in Bonduel! The annual Faerie Festival brings in people from all around dressed up as faeries, sprites, elves, leprechauns, wizards and more! (Feel free to come dressed for the part) Take part in the fun & fantasy, browse for interesting and eclectic plants, and come visit Sage Hollow and other vendors.
Faerie Festival is a family-oriented event and will be held on June 20th from 10-5pm. For more information, visit www.thistledowngreenhouse.com. Any questions, contact Kate & Chelsea at sagehollowtea@live.com.
Hope to see you there!

Cool down
It's finally summer! For those of you who don't like to mix hot tea with hot weather, why not try it iced? Our teas make awesome iced teas--try Flip Flop, Raspberry Cream, or Rainforest Mint Mat'e. You can either make it hot and let it cool down in the refrigerator, or buy an iced tea maker in the kitchen section of most department stores which converts it instantly to cold.
Remember, Sage Hollow tea is sold at Ivy Trails and the Broadway Flower Market in Green Bay, and is served at the Did Ya Know Cafe in Denmark. Tea can also be ordered online by an email to sagehollowtea@live.com. We'd love to hear from you!
